Prepayment

If you select the prepayment mode, we would kindly ask you to transfer the invoice amount due to us within 7 calendar days. The ordered items remain reserved for you for 10 days. Your order will only be cancelled, if we have not received the payment after these 10 days. After we have received your payment, the goods will be sent to you immediately. In case of a return, we will of course transfer the paid amount back to you.

Please state your order number in the reason for payment so that we can allocate your payment to your order as quickly as possible.

Paypal

If you select payment by PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page at the end of the payment process. There, you can log in with your user data and make the payment. By paying directly, your order will be processed immediately.

Should you return some or all items of your order, the credit will automatically be made to the PayPal account you have used.

Credit card

You can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept credit cards from American Express, MasterCard & Visa.
Your credit card data are transmitted encrypted via SSL procedure. For your security, the payment process is only possible with 3D-Secure. This authentication guarantees the particularly secure processing of credit card transactions on the Internet using special encryption procedures. You can obtain more detailed information on the 3D Secure procedure from your credit institution.

If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to the credit card originally charged.

After receiving your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email to your registered email address. This will list all ordered items, including delivery times if items are not in stock, as well as the total amount incl. postage and packing. We usually dispatch on receipt of payment! Should it take longer than originally stated for us to get hold of an item, we will send you a mail with the expected delivery as soon as possible.

We use a DHL insured service for delivering our products. For your safety we will send our goods exclusively as a parcel, to ensure that you receive the goods in good order and that the delivery route can be traced back. The usual DHL delivery times (in working days) are listed in the table below. The postage and packing costs for orders from our range are shown in the table for various countries of destination. These costs only partially cover the cost of postage and packing; we pay the rest. For countries not shown in the table, please ask about postage and packing before ordering.

Please note that shipping costs as well as any customs fees that may arise for the shipment and, if applicable, for a return are to be borne by you as the buyer. For a return, we can provide you with a prepaid DHL return label at the applicable shipping rate in your country. These costs will be deducted from the return. We ship from Germany!
