Returns with our DHL return slip will be charged per package with a flat rate according to the table for the respective country. The costs incurred by the return are only partially covered, we take care of the rest for you. Of course, you also have the option of sending the return back to us at your own expense through any other service provider.
IMPORTANT: If you use the DHL return label, the shipping rate for returns that is valid for your country will be deducted from the credit.
For not listed countries, we unfortunately can not offer a DHL return label. In these cases, the return is only possible at your own expense. We kindly ask for your understanding.
